Project consists of an approximately 4,200 square foot new construction office building. The facility will include offices, conference rooms, work areas, a breakroom and a recreation room, as well as support spaces. The building will incorporate a metal building structure. New exterior construction scope includes but is not limited to new metal framed walls with metal wall panels, and wood look metal siding, storefront windows, exterior canopy system, and metal roofing panels. New Interior scope includes but is not limited to new walls, doors, ceiling finishes, wall finishes, floor finishes, millwork, toilet accessories.
