Three additions to existing elementary school to include new entry, admin suite and classrooms; re-segmentation of entire interior of school to include carpet, drywall, doors/hardware, safety enhancements, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and controls upgrades. During course of project added student drop-off loop to include flatwork, detention pond, utilities, relocation of portable classrooms, site lighting and landscaping.
