Work consists of demolition of existing chiller plant and associated infrastructure; provision of civil, structural, piping, and electrical work associated with the operational installation of a new Owner-furnished chiller plant at the demolition site; and inter-connection of the new plant to the existing campus hydronic system via underground piping.
